Groundbreaking ceremony for the Great Unity House for the poor households affected by the fire
(Baonghean.vn) - On March 23, the People's Committee of Minh Hop Commune (Quy Hop) coordinated with the Quang Minh Hamlet Executive Committee to start building a house for the family of Mr. Truong Van Phung, who was burned down due to an electrical short circuit on February 9.
It is known that on February 9, after Nghe An Newspaper published the news "Electrical short circuit, house burned down to frame on the eve of Tet", reflecting that Mr. Truong Van Phung's family in Quang Minh hamlet, Minh Hop commune, Quy Hop district suffered a fire and suffered heavy damage.

After more than a month of publication, knowing about the pitiful situation of Mr. Phung's family through Nghe An Newspaper, dozens of agencies, organizations and individuals in Quy Hop district visited, encouraged and supported Mr. Phung's family with nearly 70 million VND. Due to difficult circumstances, after the house burned down, Mr. Phung's family had to stay at his brother's house.

Currently, with the amount of money supported by units including the District Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the District Military Command, the District and Commune Red Cross; the District and Commune Women's Union; the District and Commune Veterans Association and some individuals in the commune... Mr. Phung's family is building a three-room house, roofed with corrugated iron with a usable area of nearly 80 m2.2, with a total value of about 120 million VND, of which individuals and organizations donated nearly 70 million VND and the rest was supported by loans from friends and neighbors./.
