After the investigation, on March 29, 2021, Thanh Chuong District Police coordinated with Lien Thanh Commune Police, Yen Thanh District to arrest Nguyen Dinh Tuan for robbery, confiscating 02 mobile phones, 02 motorbikes, 02 tablets. At the investigation agency, the subject confessed to having committed 02 robberies in Thanh Chuong District.
Specifically, at 7:00 p.m. on March 15, 2021, Nguyen Dinh Tuan drove a motorbike (with the license plate removed) from his house in Yen Thanh district to Thanh Chuong district along National Highway 46. When he arrived at Ngoc Son commune, Thanh Chuong district, the subject snatched a VIVO brand mobile phone from Ms. D.TPA (born 2006), residing in Thanh Ha commune, Thanh Chuong district.
On March 26, 2021, using the same old trick, Tuan continued to commit a robbery of a Samsung mobile phone from a woman riding a motorbike on National Highway 46 in Thanh Linh commune, Thanh Chuong district.
During the investigation and expansion process, Thanh Chuong District Police also clarified that Nguyen Dinh Tuan had committed 3 other robberies (cell phones) in Anh Son District.
The police said that Nguyen Dinh Tuan had a previous conviction for stealing a motorbike in Vinh city. After the robbery, he sold the stolen property to get money to play online games./.
