Prosecution of 'bluebeard' who raped 9-year-old girl herding goats in corn garden
(Baonghean.vn) - After many days of hiding in the forest, Nguyen Van Hanh, who controlled and raped a 9-year-old goat herder, was arrested by the police.
On December 23, Tan Ky District Police initiated a case and prosecuted Nguyen Van Hanh (44 years old, residing in Tan Huong Commune, Tan Ky District) to investigate the act of child rape.

Upon receiving the complaint, the police began an investigation. However, because the child was too young, was in a state of panic after the incident, and did not fully understand the characteristics of the “pervert”, it was difficult to track down the suspect.
