Not complying with the order to suspend operations according to fire prevention regulations, Cong Dung Hoa Joint Stock Company was fined 50 million VND.
Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to administratively sanction Cong Dung Hoa Joint Stock Company, located at Area C, Nam Cam Industrial Park, Trung Loc Commune, Nghe An Province, for failing to comply with the decision to suspend operations according to the law on fire prevention and fighting.
On August 6, Mr. Bui Thanh An - Permanent Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee signed Decision No. 73/QD-XPHC on administrative sanctions against Cong Dung Hoa Joint Stock Company.
According to the decision, this company did not comply with the Decision on Suspension of Operations No. 2986/QDDC-PC07 dated October 20, 2024 of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police. This act was determined to violate the provisions of Point b, Clause 4, Article 10 of Decree No. 106/2025/ND-CP dated May 15, 2025 of the Government on administrative sanctions in the field of fire prevention, fighting and rescue.

For the above violation, Cong Dung Hoa Joint Stock Company was fined VND 50,000,000; as prescribed in Point b, Clause 4, Article 10, Clause 1, Article 4 of Decree No. 106/2025/ND-CP and Clause 4, Article 23 of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations 2012, amended and supplemented in 2020 and 2025.
