A business in Nghe An was fined 90 million VND for operating a hotel without fire safety inspection.
Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An signed a decision to administratively sanction CKN Company Limited for violating regulations on fire prevention and fighting.
According to Decision No. 65/QD-XPHC dated July 2, CKN Company Limited (located in Cua Lo Ward, Nghe An Province) committed an administrative violation: Putting the project into use and operation without a written approval of the results of the fire prevention and fighting inspection. Specifically, this enterprise put the Sammy Hotel into operation without the competent authority approving the results of the fire prevention and fighting inspection.
Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has decided to impose an administrative fine of 90 million VND for the above violation.

In addition, the authorities also requested CKN Company Limited to take remedial measures: Compel the completion of fire prevention and fighting acceptance in accordance with legal regulations before continuing to put the project into operation and use.
