Putting a project into operation without fire prevention and fighting approval, a business in Nghe An was fined 90 million VND

Specifically, according to Decision No. 46/QD-XPHC dated June 10, 2025 signed by the Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An, Vinh Chau Trading Company Limited (address: No. 85 Tran Dinh San Street, Block 1, Vinh Tan Ward, Vinh City) has put into use 3 warehouses and 1 office building without a Certificate or design approval document on fire prevention and fighting, even though these items are subject to mandatory approval.

This act violates the provisions of Clause 5, Article 38 of Decree No. 144/2021/ND-CP dated December 31, 2021 of the Government, stipulating administrative sanctions for violations in the fields of security, order, social safety; fire prevention and fighting; rescue and related fields.

For the above violation, Vinh Chau Trading Company Limited was fined 90 million VND, and was forced to conduct fire prevention and fighting inspection and acceptance.
