Houses with gardens are always the dream and pride of many Nghe An people in the time of "every inch of land is gold" and the weather is increasingly harsh. However, this type of product has not appeared in Nghe An real estate market. On the other hand, because not all project developers can apply and implement this model, this is still a fairly new concept.

Understanding the wishes and aspirations of Nghe An people, along with 20 years of experience in developing green real estate, the Founder of Ecopark officially launched two iconic towers called Central Park Residences.

Central Park Residences consists of 2 green towers, 30 floors high with 620 apartments, of which nearly 90% of the apartments have private gardens in the sky. The main idea is taken from the legendary hanging gardens of Babylon with layers of trees reaching up into the sky at different heights, creating an impressive hierarchical and chasing effect. According to the representative of Ecopark Founder, in Vietnam, some projects are inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon but are only shown on the rooftop or projects with limited scale from 42 - 65 m high. With a height of nearly 130m, when completed, Central Park Residences will become one of the tallest green towers in the Central region.

Sharing the reason why it is rare for Vietnamese investors, especially in the Northern region, to develop projects following the Babylon hanging garden model, Mr. Pham Duc Thanh - a landscape expert of Ecopark Founder, with more than 15 years of experience developing the 500-hectare Ecopark green ecosystem, said that in Northern Vietnam, especially in the North Central provinces such as Nghe An, developing a system of hundreds of gardens at a height of hundreds of meters is a huge feat.

Nghe An's weather is the hottest in the country, but it also has a record cold year, with snowfall for the first time, a temperature difference of about 35 degrees Celsius between the two seasons, plus the scorching Lao wind, which is truly a challenge but also a great feat to develop green gardens on high. If the investor does not have a team of experienced landscape experts, it is very easy for green trees to have difficulty growing in the harsh weather, the apartment owner will spend a lot of time taking care of the apartment garden, the gardens are not synchronized, affecting the aesthetics, leaves clog the water pipes, and water leaks in the balcony area. Therefore, in this project, the investor hands over a completed garden like a villa garden. 100% of the garden is maintained and periodically maintained, installing an automatic watering and nutrition system that is set according to the growth rhythm of the plants so that each apartment is truly a garden villa in the air.

Mr. Thanh also said that at Eco Central Park, when designing Central Park Residences, the group of green experts of the Ecopark Founder had to research and experiment for nearly 3 months to find the type of tree, the type of substrate and the care plan for the 520 rooftop gardens of the 2 towers.

These studies were all conducted by a team of dozens of the most experienced green engineers and landscape experts of the Ecopark Founder, with decades of experience, who are the main personnel creating the record 500-hectare green space of Ecopark Hung Yen Urban Area. These engineers are the ones who contributed greatly to helping Ecopark win the Oscar of the real estate industry with the award "Urban Area with the most beautiful landscape design in the world" from IPA.

According to the representative of Ecopark's founder, because they are built and cared for like villa gardens, these gardens also have the additional function of a relaxation corner. "What could be more wonderful than experiencing relaxation at a high altitude, when after just one movement of pulling the curtain, the whole view of bustling Vinh city or the legendary Lam river is displayed before your eyes. This open space is important in activating the anxiety-reducing hormone oxytocin, maximizing the mental health of the homeowner", the representative of the investor shared.
