Review of the collective and individuals of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee in 2021

Attending the conference were comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Executive Committee: Nguyen Viet Hung - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; Le Tien Tri - Head of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board and representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Office.

In 2021, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has caused many difficulties in production and business of enterprises in the Bloc. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee has promptly directed and guided grassroots Party committees to coordinate with business owners to do a good job of epidemic prevention and control, avoiding disruption of the production and business chain.

The Party Committee of the Bloc also proactively grasped the situation and promptly reflected, recommended and proposed to the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments, branches and sectors to direct, resolve and remove difficulties for businesses.

Enterprises in the sector have maintained production and business, ensured jobs and income for workers; participated in social security activities with a total support amount of over 82.4 billion VND...

Party building work has been directed with attention, grassroots Party organizations have been consolidated, and the quality of their activities has been improved. In 2021, the Party Committee admitted 223 new Party members, reaching 111.5% of the plan (including 78 comrades admitted under Project 5155); 1 new Party organization was established. The Party Committee of the Bloc focused on promoting administrative reform, summarizing 5 years of implementing Directive 01-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle".

With a serious, democratic, frank and objective spirit, the delegates attending the conference discussed and evaluated the advantages, causes of limitations and shortcomings in the leadership and direction of the Party Committee Standing Committee of the Bloc.

Speaking at the conference, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the solidarity and responsibility of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc. The Party Committee performed well the role of "bridge" between enterprises and the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches to remove difficulties for enterprises; led and directed the successful completion of the set targets and plans, and paid a high proportion of the budget. At the same time, he highly appreciated the spirit of serious and objective review of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc.

Entering 2022, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee needs to continue to innovate the content and effective leadership methods, suitable to the characteristics and actual situation; Continue to direct grassroots Party committees to coordinate with business owners to implement the policy of flexible adaptation, effectively control the COVID-19 epidemic to restore production and business.
