Checking the implementation of Resolution 09 in Quy Hop

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 13, the provincial working delegation announced the draft conclusion of the working session in Quy Hop on the implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TW dated December 9, 2011 of the Politburo on "Building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the period of accelerating industrialization, modernization and international integration".

After working with relevant components and grasping the situation at the grassroots level, on the afternoon of November 13, comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and the working delegation worked with leaders of Quy Hop district.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission pointed out the shortcomings that Quy Hop district needs to overcome in the process of implementing the Resolution.

Many enterprises have not dared to invest due to inadequate financial capacity. The implementation of labor protection and social insurance for employees of some enterprises has led to environmental pollution, causing public outrage. State management and coordination between agencies, sectors and unions in resolving difficulties and problems for enterprises are sometimes not timely.

The training of staff and labor force has not kept pace with the growth rate of enterprises, the quality of human resources is still limited. The work of developing the Party and mass organizations is still limited, not commensurate with the number of enterprises.

During the time, local authorities need to implement the contents of Resolution 09 to continue to remove difficulties and accompany businesses to maintain stability and develop business in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution.

Before announcing the conclusion on the implementation of Resolution 09 in Quy Hop district, comrade Thai Thanh Quy and the working delegation went to the base to grasp the situation at Phu Quy Mineral Exploitation and Processing Company located in Block 16, Quy Hop town; visited the orange growing model applying Israeli irrigation technology of Phu Quy High-Tech Agriculture Company. Currently, the company has expanded the area by 20 hectares, of which about 5 hectares of oranges have been planted and put into business in the first year, the rest are only 1 to 2 years old.

The delegation also visited the VietGAP orange growing model with an area of ​​over 1 hectare of Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan's family in Minh Ho hamlet. Currently, the oranges are ripe and are being sold by the family at the garden price of 30,000 to 40,000 VND/kg. However, this year there has been a lot of rain, causing a high rate of oranges falling, causing great damage to orange growers in Quy Hop.
