At 0:30 a.m. on May 11, Tan Ky District Police, while patrolling to ensure security and order, discovered a truck with license plate 37C - 166.46 driven by Nguyen Cong Hao (residing in Minh Thanh Commune - Yen Thanh District) stopped on the side of the road in Block 1, Tan Ky Town, showing suspicious signs.

The working group conducted an administrative inspection and discovered 6 live dogs in the car, locked in 4 iron cages.

Nguyen Cong Hao confessed that he and his accomplices stole the 6 dogs in the communes of Tan Ky district.
