On July 30, Comrade Le Van Thanh, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hai Phong City, presented Decision No. 1495-QD/TU of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee on comrade Nguyen Van Cao, member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term, ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee, ceasing to participate in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and ceasing to hold the position of Secretary of the Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term to be transferred to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs, from August 1, 2019.

At the same time, the Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee also presented Decision No. 1496-QD/TU of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee on transferring comrade Pham Van Lap, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Hai Phong City to work at the Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee, appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and holding the position of Secretary of the Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term, starting from August 1, 2019.

On the same afternoon, the Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City presented Decision No. 1738/QD-UBND dated July 29, 2019 of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City to receive and appoint comrade Nguyen Van Cao, member of the City Party Committee and Secretary of Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Hai Phong City, from August 1, 2019, the appointment period until retirement.

On the afternoon of July 30, comrade Ngo Thi Thanh Hang, member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, presented Decision 6779-QD/TU of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, approving comrade Nguyen Quang Duc, born on May 22, 1971, member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Hoai Duc District Party Committee, term 2015-2020, from August 1, 2019 (replacing comrade Vuong Duy Huong, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Hoai Duc District People's Council, who retired from work from August 1, 2019).

On July 30, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Dinh Quoc Thai presented the decision of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee appointing comrade Tu Nam Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Transport to hold the position of Director of Dong Nai Provincial Department of Transport; appointing comrade Vo Thi Xuan Dao, Deputy Director of the Department of Justice to hold the position of Director of Dong Nai Provincial Department of Justice. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from August 1, 2019.

On July 30, Comrade Nguyen Van Vinh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Lao Cai province, presented Decision No. 1255-QD/TU of the Standing Committee of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee on merging the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprises into the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises under the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.

On July 30, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Nguyen province Bui Xuan Hoa presented Decision No. 2611-QD/TU, dated July 22, 2019 of the Standing Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee on the transfer and appointment of comrade Duong Van Tien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Vo Nhai District Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Organization Board of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee from August 1, 2019;

At the same time, Comrade Bui Xuan Hoa also presented Decision No. 2608-QD/TU dated July 19, 2019 of the Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee on the transfer and appointment of Comrade Ngo Xuan Tinh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee from August 1, 2019.

On the afternoon of July 30, Vice Chairwoman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee Vu Thi Thu Thuy presented the decision of the Provincial People's Committee appointing comrade Nguyen Minh Tuan, Head of Medical Affairs Department, Department of Health to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Department of Health./.
