Kim Da received the title of Cultural Village

(Baonghean.vn) - Kim Da Village, Luc Da Commune (Con Cuong) has just held a ceremony to receive the title of District-level Cultural Village in 2016.

Kim Da village was formerly Kim Son village and was separated in 2006. Up to now, the village has 101 households, 445 people with 2 ethnic groups living together, Thai and Kinh. This is a purely agricultural village, people's lives mainly depend on agriculture.

Implementing the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", in recent years, the people in the village have actively developed production, the people's lives have been constantly improved, always preserving and promoting the fine customs of the homeland, eliminating backward customs. The rate of well-off and rich households is always higher year after year, if in 2015 the village only had 15.8% rich households, in 2016 it increased to 18.8%, well-off households accounted for 34.5%, up to now the poor households are only 29%.

Every year, over 70% of the families in the village meet the criteria of a cultural family, and the village has established a learning promotion association. Implementing the national target program on new rural construction, with the motto of the state and the people working together, the roads in the village have been concreted. The Party cell has been recognized for many consecutive years as clean and strong. Mass organizations have been constantly consolidated and operated effectively, and political security and order and safety in the village have been maintained.

Thus, up to now, Kim Da village is the 9th unit out of 12 villages and hamlets of Luc Da commune to be recognized as a cultural village, and the 74th unit out of 129 villages and hamlets in Con Cuong district to be recognized as a district-level cultural unit./.
