Disciplinary action against 2 officers of the land registration office branch
The Inspection Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee has just decided to issue a disciplinary warning to two officials and party members of the land registration office branch who violated land laws.
At a recent meeting, the Da Nang City Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and reported the inspection results when there were signs of violations and proposed disciplinary action against two individuals who violated land laws.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee has reviewed the violations of Mr. Hoang Kim Tuyen - Party member, Deputy Director of the Thanh Khe District Land Registration Office Branch, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Deputy Director of the Lien Chieu District Land Registration Office Branch.
While working as Deputy Director of the Land Registration Office Branch in Lien Chieu District in 2016, Mr. Hoang Kim Tuyen had shortcomings and violations in handling applications for land division, violating land law regulations.

The Inspection Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee also reviewed the case of Mr. Vu Duc Phuong - a party member and official of the Land Registration Office Branch in Cam Le District. During his time as Head of the Registration Department of the Land Registration Office Branch in Lien Chieu District in 2015, Mr. Vu Duc Phuong had shortcomings and violations in handling applications for Certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land, violating the provisions of the law on land.
Considering the content, nature, level, harm, cause of the violation and based on Regulation No. 102-QD/TW dated November 15, 2017 of the Politburo on disciplinary action against violating party members, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to discipline party members Hoang Kim Tuyen and party members Vu Duc Phuong with a warning./.
