Heat dissipation:

Treats new colds due to wind-heat, thirst, slightly yellow tongue coating or cough due to wind-heat: 12g mulberry leaves, 12g chrysanthemum, 12g forsythia, 4g mint, 4g licorice, 12g almonds, 8g platycodon, 20g lo can. Boil and drink.

Mulberry leaf and chrysanthemum porridge: 10g mulberry leaf, 12g chrysanthemum, 10g fermented beans, 60g rice. Boil the herbs to get the water, cook the rice into porridge, when the porridge is cooked, add the boiled water and continue to boil, serve hot. This dish is good for people with eye pain due to conjunctivitis, trigeminal neuralgia due to facial trauma.

Pig lung stewed with mulberry leaves and Scrophularia: 15g mulberry leaves, 20g Scrophularia, 250g pig lung. Wrap mulberry leaves and Scrophularia in cheesecloth, wash and slice pig lung. Stew thoroughly, remove the medicinal bag, add seasoning to taste. Use continuously for 5-10 days. This dish is good for people with blocked tear ducts causing dry conjunctivitis.
