Subject Do Van Yeng |
Here, due to a previous conflict with his motorbike taxi driver colleague Do Van Yeng, the two sides argued and cursed at each other.
At this time, Binh picked up half a red brick from the roadside and rushed to hit Yeng. The subject blocked it and used his hand to grab the victim's head and pin it down to the sidewalk. Then, seeing the brick Binh had just held in his hand fall to the ground, Yeng picked it up and repeatedly hit Binh on the back of his neck and head.
Although the victim was bleeding all over his head and lying on the sidewalk, Binh still ran to the tree root, picked up a rock, turned around and continued to hit the victim on the head and neck. Phan Quoc Binh was taken to Ninh Binh General Hospital for emergency treatment by local people, but due to a fractured temporal bone and hematoma inside and outside the brain, he died.
After committing the crime, Do Van Yeng went to Nam Thanh Ward Police Station to confess.
