The first success from the mass mobilization work of Bau hamlet was demonstrated through the work of land consolidation, plot exchange, and field improvement. Because the working habits of the people had been formed for a long time, many people were afraid of change. Grasping the people's thoughts, comrade Ngo Ba Huu advised the Party Committee and Party cell to issue a resolution that was appropriate to the actual situation of the locality. The policy of land consolidation and plot exchange was thoroughly implemented by the Party cell, first of all, cadres and Party members had to imbue it with, promote the pioneering and exemplary role.

His family took the lead in receiving fields in bad land. From there, he mobilized people in the hamlet to implement the policy well, by arranging fields, planning embankments and plot embankments according to the plan approved by the Commune People's Committee. When people's thinking was clear, everyone voluntarily implemented it, the work of land consolidation and plot exchange took place quickly. Before the conversion, Bau hamlet had 11 fields, now there are only 2 fields, the average has decreased from 7 plots/household to 2 plots/household, all ensuring that there is no difficult land allocation, no fallow land, no complaints or denunciations. In addition, comrade Ngo Ba Huu himself actively mobilized 20 households with land in the planned area to make canals to donate 3,600m2 of land, and cut down more than 500 acacia trees that were growing well to clear the ground to build canals for irrigation and agricultural production. Thanks to that, people's production work has been significantly improved, making it more convenient to apply machinery in production and harvesting.

In addition, thanks to the mass mobilization work of the Party cell, most of the policies and plans for building new rural areas in Bau hamlet have been implemented smoothly. Notably, mobilizing people to build rural roads is an important and difficult criterion because it requires a large mobilization of economic resources and working days. Comrade Ngo Ba Huu and the collective of hamlet cadres organized public meetings to discuss in accordance with the motto "people know, people discuss, people do, people inspect", thus creating high consensus among the people. Bau hamlet is one of the leading units to effectively carry out mass mobilization work and implement rural traffic criteria.

In particular, 4 households were mobilized to donate 300m2 of garden land and dismantle 250m2 of fence to open the road. When there was a policy from the superiors on supporting cement, the unit actively mobilized people to contribute hundreds of working days, more than 20 million VND to buy 2,200m3 of sand, and more than 10 million VND to hire people to carry cement to build the inner-village roads. Up to now, the whole hamlet has built more than 2,030m of new roads in the hamlet, spacious, clean, and beautiful, ensuring compliance with new rural standards.

Recognizing the achievements, in recent years, the Party Cell of Bau hamlet, Nghia Khanh commune has always achieved the title of exemplary Party Cell. The comrade has been commended by the Party Committee and the People's Committee for many consecutive years. In 2014, the Nghia Dan District Party Committee commended the Party member for excellently completing his tasks for 3 consecutive years and being the core of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement of the province.
