Provincial leaders offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh

Attending the flower offering and incense offering ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of departments, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and mass organizations at the provincial and Nam Dan district levels.

Offering a basket of fresh flowers to the soul of President Ho Chi Minh, the provincial delegation expressed their gratitude and deep respect for President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of our Party and people, Hero of National Liberation, and Outstanding Cultural Man.

President Ho Chi Minh has passed away, but his great career and noble example will live forever with the country of Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style will always be the ideological foundation and compass for all actions, guiding the Vietnamese revolution from one victory to another.

Implementing his sacred testament, over the past years, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has led the entire people, the entire army, the authorities at all levels, and all sectors in the province to unite, strive, and successfully carry out the tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security, and building a strong Party and political system at all levels; especially continuing to implement Resolution No. 26 of the Politburo on Nghe An with the highest goal, determined to build Nghe An into a prosperous province in the Northern region.

Taking a minute of silence to commemorate the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and his compatriots and comrades who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the happiness of the people, the provincial delegation pledged to forever study and follow his ideology, morality and style, continuing to unite, be determined and make efforts to comprehensively develop the province in 2019, with the highlight being the year of strong administrative reform.
