In Dua village, Luong Minh commune - the village was isolated and many households suffered damage to their houses and property on the night of September 30. There are also many houses on the riverbank. The water has now receded, but they dare not return because the foundation of their houses is soft and the soil structure is loose and could be washed away into the river at any time. Currently, the district and local authorities are looking for a resettlement plan for these households. Photo: TP
