Installing billboard, 3 people were critically electrocuted
While installing a billboard, three workers were electrocuted and lay motionless on the balcony of a phone parts business.

The incident occurred on the afternoon of December 31 at a 4-story house. The ground floor sells mobile phone components, located on Ba Hom Street, Ward 13, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City.
Initial information, around 2:00 p.m., a group of workers installed an advertising board for the above business establishment.
While pulling the billboard up to the first floor, an accident occurred due to a medium voltage discharge. The incident left all 3 lying motionless on the balcony area, on the first floor of the phone parts business.
After the incident, District 6 authorities arrived, examined the scene, and investigated the cause. Three workers were taken to the hospital in critical condition.
At the scene, a billboard about 1 meter wide and more than 2 meters long was lying across the balcony area of the first floor of the house, above which was a medium voltage power grid.
