Provincial Federation of Labor evaluates and classifies emulation movements of district, industry and affiliated trade unions
On the morning of November 28, the Provincial Federation of Labor held the 11th Standing Committee Conference for the 2023-2028 term to approve many important contents.
Comrade Kha Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation chaired the conference.

The conference approved the Draft Report summarizing trade union activities in 2024 and directions.missionfocus 2025
With careful preparation, delegates basically agreed with the contents of the draft report. At the same time, delegates frankly acknowledged the difficulties and limitations in the implementation of activities in 2024. Specifically, difficulties in implementing the 2023 Trade Union Tet Market Program, signing the Collective Labor Agreement, the increasing trend of collective work stoppages, personnel planning at the grassroots level, inadequacies in implementing Decision No. 12/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee on conditions for early salary increase, ineffectiveness in trade union inspection work, etc.
Acknowledging the enthusiastic opinions of the delegates, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation Kha Van Tam requested the professional board to complete the draft report.

Also this morning, the conference evaluated and classified the emulation movements of labor federations in districts, sectors and affiliated units. This is the first year that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation has implemented this content.
