(Baonghean.vn) - With vast banana plantations bearing fruit year-round, in addition to banana trunks and leaves, a household in the mountainous district of Ky Son also feeds ripe bananas to their native black pigs and mountain goats. As Tet (Lunar New Year) approaches, bananas-fed goats and pigs are in high demand because they are all pre-ordered.
Livestock farming is one of the main economic development directions for the people of Ta Ca commune, Ky Son district, a mountainous area, helping many families escape poverty and become wealthy.
