Golden eel cures diabetes

According to traditional medicine, eel is warm, sweet, has the effect of nourishing blood, strengthening tendons and bones, clearing heat, laxative, sedative, strengthening tendons and bones, suitable for people with overwork, cough, diabetes, dysentery, rheumatism, weak tendons and bones, kidney failure, back pain, facial nerve paralysis.

Eel meat is delicious and nutritious, and is also a good medicine for people with a hot constitution, anemia, thin and tired people; weak and pale children; postpartum women with weak bodies and unbalanced blood and energy. According to modern medicine, yellow eel can also treat diabetes and improve memory.

Nourishing for the elderly with weak blood and energy, weak tendons and bones, fatigue and powerlessness, and postpartum women:

Lesson 1:1 large eel, 25g codonopsis pilosula, 15g angelica, 30g beef tendon. Clean and gut the eel, cut into pieces, put the eel, codonopsis pilosula, angelica, and beef tendon in a clean clay pot, add the appropriate amount of water, boil until cooked, then take it out and eat.

Lesson 1:300g eel meat; 15g angelica, codonopsis, fresh ginger each; 25g onion, enough salt. Eat eel meat and water.

Lesson 2: LBoil 1 large eel, 6g of chicken gizzard lining, onion, ginger, soy sauce, salt, wine, and enough MSG. Clean the eel, remove the organs, wash, and cut into 6cm long pieces. Wash the chicken gizzard lining, put it in a porcelain bowl with the eel meat, add onion, ginger, wine, salt, and soy sauce, cook over high heat, sprinkle in MSG and mix well.

Cure for excessive sweating of hands and feet: clean 1 eel, boil it, remove the meat; 20g raw coix seed, dry it in the sun or fry it until golden brown, pound it into powder; 30g glutinous rice, wash it well, drain it, pound it into powder. Mix the 3 ingredients together, add a little salt, add enough water to cook into porridge, eat hot.

Cure nervous breakdown: 250g eel meat, thinly sliced, steamed with 30g each of Chinese yam and lily and enough water. Eat during the day, use for many days.

Soup for diabetics: 200g eel, 10g Chinese clematis root, 10g lily, ginger, spices to taste. Clean eel, remove intestines, remove bones, cut into small pieces, add raw ginger, bring to a boil, then add Chinese clematis root and lily, simmer for half an hour. Eat with meals.
