Reasons why you shouldn't sleep more than 8 hours a night
Everyone who wants to live a healthy life knows that people need to sleep at least 8 hours to ensure health and beauty. But sleeping more than that amount is equally harmful.
Sleeping too much is just as bad for your health as not sleeping enough. Here are six reasons why you shouldn’t sleep too much:

Various studies have shown that both too little and too much sleep can lead to diabetes and obesity. The conclusions are unclear, but doctors think that because we move less than usual, our bodies gain weight.
