As a result, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc V., (born 2000), residing in Giap Son commune, Luc Ngan, Bac Giang, was injured in the chin, left rib and right chest. He was then taken to the emergency room by local people and died at around 12:15 at Military Hospital 110 - Bac Ninh.
Ms. Tuong Thi T., (born in 1996), residing in Vang Le, Chieu Yen, Yen Son, Tuyen Quang, was injured in the left arm and right chest; currently, Ms. T. is being treated at Hospital 108, Hanoi (Ms. T. and Mr. V. are workers at Van Trung Industrial Park, Viet Yen).
Initially, the perpetrator was identified as Luc Duy Khanh (born 1982), address: Vang Le, Chieu Yen, Yen Son, Tuyen Quang. Khanh is Ms. T's ex-husband. The initial cause was due to emotional conflicts, Khanh used a knife to stab Ms. T. and Mr. V many times.
After committing the crime, Khanh drove the motorbike with license plate 22B2-005.02 away from the scene.
