Conflict while butchering chicken, took knife to kill neighbor

At 1:00 a.m. on April 26, a murder occurred in Tam Quang commune, Tuong Duong district. The victim was Luong Van Tuat (born in 1994, residing in Tam Huong village, Tam Quang commune, Tuong Duong district).

Through initial investigation results, Tuong Duong district police said that on the evening of April 25, Luong Van Tuat and Luong Van Van (born in 1994, residing in Tam Huong village, Tam Quang commune) went to help with a wedding in the village.

While butchering the chicken, Tuat put the chicken on Van's neck, causing the two sides to argue and fight. After many people intervened, the two sides returned home. Then, at around 1 a.m. on April 26, Luong Van Van returned to Luong Van Tuat's house with a sharp knife. When Tuat opened the door, Van immediately took the knife and slashed across his neck, causing Tuat to die on the spot.

Upon receiving the victim's family's report, Tam Quang commune police reported to Tuong Duong district police to urgently arrest Luong Van Van. Currently, the provincial police force and Tuong Duong district police are investigating to clarify the case.
