Tips for cooking delicious meat dishes
Before cutting the chicken's throat, give it a spoonful of soy sauce or vinegar to ensure the stewed chicken will be tender very quickly.
1. Choose meat
* Beef
- For stir-fried dishes: use fillet or tenderloin. When stir-fried, the meat will be soft and not tough.
- For stewed dishes (beef stew, beef stew...) choose meat with tendons such as: beef shank, tendon, oxtail, beef thigh... for a delicious dish. When cooking beef stews, you should add ingredients such as garlic, ginger, cinnamon bark, cloves, the dish will be more fragrant, not greasy, and have more nutritional value.
- For grilled dishes: should use fillet or flank with a little fat, when grilled will be more delicious.

2. Wash the meat
When meat gets a little bit of gasoline on it, if you want to clean it and remove the smell, you should soak it in red tea for about 30 minutes, then wash it, drain it and cook it normally. Then the gasoline smell will no longer be in the meat.
Meat has a lot of dirt on it. To clean it, use warm rice water to clean it faster. Using plain water takes a long time and is difficult to clean because the dirt sticks very tightly to the fat layer on the meat.
3. Stew meat quickly
- Chicken stew: before cutting the chicken's throat, give the chicken a spoonful of soy sauce or vinegar.
- Stewed duck: add a few snails to stew together, ensuring that no matter how old the duck is, it will be tender.
