"Russia is also one of our neighbors, and I have always advocated establishing good relations with Russia, despite differences in views. For me, this means continuing to adhere to the NATO-Russia Minutes, I thank the NATO Secretary General for holding a meeting of the NATO-Russia Council," — the prime minister said on Saturday at the Munich security conference.
