Minh Tu is upset because she was defamed on the Miss Supranational fanpage.

Recently, the news that model Minh Tu will represent Vietnam at Miss Supranational has received public attention. Domestic fans have expressed their support and confidence that she will make a mark at this year's competition.

The media also favored Minh Tu, calling her one of the strongest candidates. The 26-year-old supermodel's image on the contest's official fanpage received many likes and positive comments.

Many international audiences also recognized the Vietnamese representative as the runner-up at Asia's Next Top Model 2017.

However, amid the wave of support for the country's representative on the fanpage, some anti-fans (people who hate Minh Tu) also appeared and left uncivilized comments.

In particular, an antifan also reposted Minh Tu's past nude photos to defame her right on the Miss Supranational 2018 fanpage.

The 26-year-old supermodel was outraged when she discovered the incident. She expressed her anger in a post on her personal account.

She believes that those who do not support her can stay silent and not care about the upcoming competition journey instead of trying to tarnish the image of the Vietnamese representative.

"Don't think about me, but put your selfishness aside and think about the bigger picture because Minh Tu represents Vietnam anyway," Minh Tu wrote. The beauty affirmed that it was "shameful behavior."

Previously, Minh Tu was announced to represent Vietnam to compete with many international beauties at Miss Supranational instead of Nguyen Thi Ngoc Chau, who just won the Miss Supranational Vietnam 2018 contest.

Minh Tu is highly regarded, even ranked 2nd in the Top 20 beauties with the most potential to win the crown. Missosology predicts that she will become the runner-up in this year's contest.

Beauty website Global Beauties also believes that Minh Tu has the potential to become a high-ranking winner in the upcoming contest in Poland.

Minh Tu was born in 1992, is 1.78 m tall and has measurements of 85-60-96.

In 2011, she participated in the Vietnam Supermodel contest and entered the top 6, and won the award for the most impressive model performance. This achievement qualified her to represent Vietnam in international beauty contests.

2017 marked a step forward in Minh Tu's career when she became the runner-up of Asia's Next Top Model 2017 and a coach on The Face. Recently, she took on the role of advisor in the reality show Asia's Next Top Model 2018.

This year's Miss Supranational was held in Poland. Vietnam's representative in 2017 was Nguyen Dinh Khanh Phuong, but she stopped at the top 25.
