Minh Tu failed the Supermodel award at Miss Supranational 2018
The semi-finals of Miss Supranational 2018 took place in Poland on the evening of December 2. Vietnamese representative Minh Tu had an excellent performance but still missed the Supermodel award, to the regret of the audience.

| In this competition night, more than 70 contestantsMiss Supranational2018 will have 2 competitions: Top Model and Evening Gown. The Top Model competition will take place at 5:30 p.m. (Polish time, 11:30 p.m. in Vietnam). The Evening Gown competition will take place 3 hours later. The score of the Bikini competition held earlier on November 25 will be added to the 2 semi-final competitions to select the final Top 25. |

Minh Tu is a model with many years of experience and has won many domestic and international awards, so the Top Model competition was not difficult for her. She chose an elegant white suit to harmonize with her unique face to match the image for a beauty pageant. Minh Tu said that she only sleeps about 4 hours a day. Before going to bed, she does her hair so that she won't disturb her roommates who are sleeping. In addition, the Vietnamese representative also tries to wake up earlier than the other contestants to spend time doing makeup, fixing her hair and preparing her outfit. Aware of her responsibility when wearing a sash with the word "Vietnam", Minh Tu always tries to participate fully in the competition's activities, even though there were days when she had a fever and broken capillaries in both legs because she was not used to the cold weather of Poland. |

| After the Top Model competition, Minh Tu immediately went back to her room to do her hair and makeup to prepare for the evening gown competition, which took place at 8:30 p.m. (Polish time, or 2:30 a.m. on December 3 in Vietnam). Some other contestants took the opportunity to eat to gain energy for the next competition. Minh Tu said she would go back to her room to eat instant noodles after finishing the competition. |
