According to Tan Ky District Youth Union Secretary Hoang Thi Trang, Nghia Dung commune was chosen as the location to build the model because it is a difficult mountainous commune located far from the center of Tan Ky district. The commune has a total population of more than 6,800 people, of which more than 1,600 are ethnic minorities.
Nghia Dung Market is located in Tan Van hamlet, Nghia Dung commune. The market has existed for a long time, attracting people from all over the commune to come and buy and sell, meeting on odd days of the month. Each market meeting attracts more than 400 people.

To provide maximum support to people and small traders in the business process, local youth have built the Market 4.0 model. From this model, small traders and people can easily pay for all items by scanning QR codes or transferring money via phone numbers on the electronic payment application.
Thereby, creating conditions for consumers to experience and access modern payment methods, stimulating shopping activities. At the same time, aiming to apply to the remaining markets in the district.

Excitedly holding the carefully printed QR code in his hand, Mr. Hoang Xuan Mai in Tan Van hamlet, Nghia Dung commune - a long-time trader at Nghia Dung market said: "For sellers, the most worrying thing is paying the wrong money to customers. If I overpay the customer, the store will suffer a loss that day, but if I underpay the customer, I will lose their trust. Therefore, using this form of payment, both sellers and buyers find it very convenient and quick."
In Nghe An, this is the first model that has been piloted by young people and has received high approval from local Party committees and authorities. In the coming time, Youth Union branches across the province will continue to deploy and replicate the model throughout the province.
