Moscow claims Russian missile is 'unique', far surpassing US
The Kremlin spokesman asserted that Russia's missile development has significantly outpaced that of other countries.
Moscow believes that Russia's missile system is "unique" and more advanced than foreign rivals, despite the US also developing in this field, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov affirmed.

Asked how Russia perceives the US's development in missile production, spokesman Peskov replied: "Over the years, US officials, including military representatives, have repeatedly stated that missile research programs are being carried out in the US. However, President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly stated that Russia's development in this area has so far significantly exceeded the level that other countries can achieve and that the Russian system is quite unique."
Previously, an explosion during a test of a jet engine's liquid propulsion system in the Arkhangelsk region of Russia on August 8 killed at least five people and injured three others.
After the incident, President Donald Trump wrote on Twitter: "The United States has learned many lessons from the failed missile explosion in Russia. We have similar, even more advanced technologies. The Skyfall explosion in Russia (Skyfall - NATO's name for Russia's Burevestnik unlimited-range cruise missile) has made people concerned about the atmosphere around that base and even beyond. This is not good at all"./.
