A Vietnamese woman died in an accident related to Pokémon Go.

This is the second traffic accident death in Japan related to the game Pokémon Go. A Vietnamese woman just passed away in Kasugai, 2 weeks after being hit by a car while riding a bicycle.

The 20-year-old man who caused the accident was arrested by police on charges of negligence leading to serious consequences. The driver said he looked away while trying to charge his mobile phone, which had run out of battery while playing Pokémon Go.

The identity of the Vietnamese woman who died has not been revealed, but this is the first case of a Vietnamese person dying related to Pokemon Go. Vietnam has not yet recorded any deaths related to this game.

According to Japanese police, there have been 79 bicycle and car accidents related to the game Pokemon Go. The first fatal incident occurred on Wednesday in Tokushima Prefecture. A truck driver who was engrossed in the game hit two women. One died and the other was injured.

This game also creates crowds that often gather in parks and public areas to hunt animals, causing concerns about the possibility of losing security and order. Not to mention, there are many cases of property robbery and injuries due to distraction while playing the game.
