A Vietnamese woman was murdered in Laos

The Vietnamese Embassy in Laos has requested Lao authorities to immediately investigate and quickly arrest the perpetrator.

According to information from the Vietnamese Embassy in Laos, on February 18, a Vietnamese woman named Huynh Thi Thanh Tuyen was murdered by a criminal at her residence in the capital Vientiane, Laos.

After receiving the information, the Vietnamese Embassy in Laos requested Lao authorities to immediately investigate and quickly arrest the perpetrator.

The Vietnamese Embassy in Laos also supported the victim's family to quickly complete procedures to bring Huynh Thi Thanh Tuyen's body back to Vietnam.

Currently, the Vietnamese Embassy in Laos said it is closely monitoring the case and continues to request Lao authorities to urgently arrest the perpetrator for handling according to the law.
