MU stimulates Real's "blockbuster", Ramsey leaves Arsenal for Chelsea
Center back Raphael Varane admitted that Mourinho really wants to bring him to Old Trafford. Ramsey is ready to leave Arsenal to join Chelsea for a high salary... are the latest transfer news.
It was Jose Mourinho who brought Varane to the Bernabeu when he was 19 and created conditions for the French centre-back to develop. The "special one" himself really liked his former student's solid and intelligent playing style.

Since taking over at Old Trafford, Mourinho has spent £61 million on central defenders Bailly and Lindelof. However, the Ivorian has been plagued by injuries, while Lindelof has yet to adapt to his new environment.
Phil Jones and Smalling have been inconsistent in form, so Mourinho is still not confident about his backline. Mourinho will most likely recruit another central defender next summer and Varane is the target the Portuguese coach wants the most.
Chelsea "picks up" Ramsey from Arsenal
Aaron Ramsey is about to enter the final year of his contract with the Gunners but has yet to receive an offer of a new contract. He is currently earning £110,000 a week at the Emirates.

The Welsh player himself wants a salary increase of one and a half times, after seeing teammate Mesut Ozil just received a new contract of 300,000 pounds/week.
Chelsea are planning a clean-up next season, regardless of whether Conte is in charge or not. And the Stamford Bridge bosses are closely monitoring Ramsey's movements to make an offer if he wants to leave.
Arsenal sold Giroud to the same city club last winter. Ramsey could follow in his former teammate's footsteps if Arsenal do not meet his conditions.
Juventus determined to recruit Martial
Martial's contract with the Red Devils will expire in June 2019. According to Premium Sport, Juventus really wants to bring the young French talent to Turin.
Juventus "proposed" Martial. |
Juve's "negotiator" - former player Pavel Nedved met with Nelio Lucas - director of Martial's agency last week to discuss the transfer issue.
Juventus are willing to pay MU 65 million Euros (about 57 million pounds) to get Martial. However, Mourinho still highly values his student's potential, so it will not be easy for the "old lady" in this deal.
