Buying rotten animal organs, bringing them to the mountains of Nghe An for consumption
(Baonghean.vn) - Nguyen Lam Ha confessed to buying 15 kg of animal organs and by-products floating in the lowlands, then bringing them to remote communes of Ky Son district for consumption.
At about 10:15 a.m. on November 30, the working group of the Muong Xen Town Police Department coordinated with the Ky Son District Police to patrol and control the Muong Xen market area when they discovered a subject driving a motorbike carrying a black bag that was leaking and smelling.

Through inspection, the authorities discovered the bag contained animal organs and by-products weighing 15 kg.
Subject Nguyen Lam Ha (permanent resident of Thanh Ha commune, Thanh Chuong district), currently temporarily residing in block 3, Muong Xen town, Ky Son district, the person transporting the above organs did not present documents proving the origin of the above goods and claimed to have purchased them in lowland districts and then brought them to Ky Son district for consumption.

Ky Son District Police have drawn up a record, decided to administratively fine Nguyen Lam Ha 3.5 million VND and handed over the exhibits to the authorities for handling according to regulations.
