'Embarrassed' because wife shows 'bed' photos on Facebook

What do I need to do to make my wife think ahead and control herself when sharing on Facebook?

My wife being addicted to Facebook is not strange to me, but being so weird as to post a picture of the couple lying under a blanket on the bed is something I dare not even imagine.

That day, after making love, I fell asleep like a log so I didn’t know when my wife took the photo and posted it on Facebook. I only knew that the next morning, when I opened my phone, I saw a photo tagged with me and a flood of comments. In fact, the photo wasn’t too revealing but was taken in a sensitive setting, and at first glance, I knew that we had just had sex.

I remember this is not the first time my wife has done such rude things. For example, on her birthday, I gave her a set of underwear, and just 5 minutes later, she uploaded pictures and bragged about it on Facebook, making me very embarrassed.
