Implementing the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in 2015, in addition to the title "Cultural Family", up to now, the whole province has had 3,368/5,898 cultural villages, hamlets, and blocks, reaching 57.1% (an increase of 50.1%), exceeding the target set by the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress of 7.1%; 28 communes were recognized as "Communes meeting new rural cultural standards", 1 "Town meeting urban civilized standards"; 93 communes, wards, and towns registered to build "Communes meeting new rural cultural standards", "Wards and towns meeting urban civilized standards"; 1,401 agencies and units were recognized as "Agencies and units meeting cultural standards"; 553 clans were recognized as "Cultural clans" by the People's Committees at the district level.

There are 30 communes recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as communes with outstanding achievements in the movement of physical training and sports to build a new countryside.

In particular, the Ministry and the Province have coordinated to direct the construction of 5 cultural districts (Nam Dan, Quynh Luu, Anh Son, Quy Hop, Cua Lo Town), in which Quy Hop is a pilot model of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism since 2002.

By 2016, the rate of cultural families in the province will reach 83%; the rate of cultural villages, hamlets and blocks will reach 58%; the rate of communes, wards and towns with cultural and sports institutions meeting the criteria of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will reach 31%./.
