Young man collapsed dead on motorbike by the roadside
Seeing a young man collapsed on a new Honda motorbike on the side of the road, people came to check and found that he was dead, so they quickly informed the authorities.
The incident was discovered by local residents at around 4:45 p.m. on May 5, on Nguyen An Ninh Street (Loc An Commune, Nam Dinh City, Nam Dinh Province).
At that time, people traveling on Nguyen An Ninh Street when approaching the intersection with Nguyen Canh Chan Street discovered a young man wearing a gray T-shirt and black pants lying on a new Honda Airblade motorbike with license plate 90B2 13682 on the side of the road, so they approached to check.

Upon checking, people discovered that this person had died so they quickly notified the authorities.
A few minutes later, local police and other professional units arrived at the scene to investigate, clarify the cause and identify the victim.
Mr. Tran Dai Phong - Chairman of Loc An Commune People's Committee confirmed the above incident and said that the victim's identity has not yet been determined because the young man did not have any identification documents on him.
According to Mr. Phong, after inspection, the Honda motorbike was found to be very new and had a license plate from Ha Nam province.
The incident is currently being actively investigated and clarified by the authorities.
