On July 27, the Phuc Loc Commune Police (Nghe An Province) announced that the unit had just arrested Nguyen Van Chuong (born 2005, residing in Phuc Loc Commune) for theft of property. Chuong has a criminal record.Abuse of trust to appropriate property, just released from prison in early 2025.
Despite having a criminal record, Nguyen Van Chuong continued to choose the path of crime to get money to spend. In the early morning of July 26, 2025, Nguyen Van Chuong broke into the yard of a family in Phuc Loc commune, stole a motorbike worth about 30 million VND, then fled, carrying weapons, ready to fight back against the arresting force.
Upon receiving the report, Phuc Loc Commune Police quickly took action to verify, investigate, screen, identify and arrest the perpetrator. Applying synchronous professional measures, by 8:00 p.m. the same day, Phuc Loc Commune Police had successfully arrested the motorcycle thief, Nguyen Van Chuong.
At the police station, Chuong admitted to his crime. Currently, Phuc Loc Commune Police are consolidating the case file and strictly handling the subject according to the law.
