Earlier, at around 3pm the same day, people discovered a young man dead in a cajuput forest in Hamlet 1, Nghi Xuan Commune. Immediately afterwards, people reported the incident to the local authorities.
Upon receiving the news, Nghi Xuan Commune Police and Nghi Loc District Police quickly arrived at the scene to investigate the incident.

It is known that the deceased young man's name is H. (born 2001), residing in Phuc Tho commune (Nghi Loc).
Nghi Loc District Police are continuing to investigate the case.
