After the 16th Party Congress of the commune, term 2015-2020, the Nam Thanh Party Committee chose to focus on directing the improvement of the quality of Party cell activities.

For example, in Boi Chau hamlet Party cell, there are 27 party members, including 5 elderly party members who are exempted from party activities, and 7 party members who work far away.

In previous years, the Party cell was confused in its activities, the rate of Party members participating in activities was low, the content of activities was poor, the quality of activities was limited; the Party cell committee lacked initiative in preparing content...The Nam Thanh Party Committee has been reorganized, replacing the Party cell secretary and deputy Party cell secretary in the middle of the term.

Comrade Hoang Lieu - Secretary of Boi Chau Hamlet Party Cell, Nam Thanh Commune said: "To overcome the above situation, the solution that the Party Cell focuses on is to innovate the content and form of activities to improve the quality of activities. Especially after thoroughly implementing the specialized Resolution No. 03 of the Nam Thanh Party Executive Committee on "Improving the quality of Party Cell activities of Nam Thanh Commune Party Committee in the period 205-2020".

Accordingly, the Party Cell Secretary has carefully prepared the necessary content, first of all reviewing the Resolution of the Party Cell proposed last month, assessing what has been and has not been implemented, combining research on the directive documents of the superior Party Committee to orient the building of the Party Cell Resolution close to the actual situation of the hamlet.In addition, identify the exemplary vanguard role of party members in organizing implementation.

From there, the Party cell promoted its role in leadership and direction, and people highly agreed to implement the policies set forth by the Party cell.

In Tan Hop hamlet party cell, the unit has a large number of party members (33 party members), the percentage of party members participating in activities is too high, for many years it has not been able to develop young party members, and the quality of party cell activities has not been focused on.

Thanks to the innovation and improvement of the quality of periodic and thematic activities, the Party cell has truly become the political nucleus at the grassroots level, creating high consensus within the Party cell. Tan Hop hamlet has truly flourished when the whole population unanimously built roads and the cultural house was invested in and renovated.

The Party cell has also successfully supplemented the source of successors with the result of admitting 5 new party members after 3 years. People's lives have been improved by 31 million VND/person/year; in the process of building new rural areas, dozens of households donated land to build new rural areas with over 200m2.

Tan Hop Hamlet has always been at the forefront of the commune's movement, and the Party cell has achieved the title of clean and strong.
