First, eating too much.

Vitamins are antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables. These are all essential and healthy foods that provide nutrients to improve skin appearance and slow down the progression of wrinkles. Therefore, even if you're busy, you shouldn't skip green vegetables and fruits.

Third, eat a lot of fat.

Fats are essential for the body, including both good and bad fats. Bad fats are saturated fats, such as those found in butter, lard, cheese, and whole milk. While dairy and meat products are important sources of many vitamins and minerals, consuming too much saturated fat can lead to clogged arteries and heart disease. Clogged blood vessels restrict lymphatic flow, reducing the body's ability to fight disease and remove toxins, resulting in dull skin.
