Improve the quality and efficiency of operations of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh affirmed that the implementation of the action program to implement Resolution No. 04-NQ/TU dated November 19, 2021 on "Strengthening the Party's leadership to improve the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, 2021-2025 period and the following years" is extremely important.

That is the premise for effectively implementing the stated targets, tasks and solutions and creating high unity in perception and action of the entire political system, especially in the Fatherland Front system as well as member organizations at all levels to effectively implement the proposed Resolution.

Regarding Project No. 07-DA/TU dated November 24, 2021 on "Innovation, improving the effectiveness of contact, dialogue and handling and resolving conclusions of heads of Party committees and authorities at all levels after contact and dialogue with people in the province, period 2021-2025", it is necessary to promptly and effectively deploy the tasks and solutions of the Project under the responsibility of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in the province. At the same time, raise awareness and responsibility of the Front system in dialogue work and supervise the implementation of conclusions of heads of Party committees and authorities at the same level after contact and dialogue with people.

Directly implementing the action program No. 27/Ctr-UB dated March 8, 2022 of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province on implementing Resolution No. 04-NQ/TU dated November 19, 2021 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, comrade Le Van Ngoc - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee emphasized 5 important contents.

Specifically, first, it is necessary to strengthen the core role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in propaganda, mobilization, and gathering of people of all walks of life; consolidate and enhance people's trust in the Party, the State, and the socialist regime, strengthen social consensus to promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, and arouse the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country.

Second, continue to innovate, improve the quality and promote patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, mobilize people to compete in studying and working creatively to unleash all potentials and resources in the people, creating new momentum for the country's rapid and sustainable development.

Third, the Vietnam Fatherland Front acts as the core for the people to be masters, continue to practice democracy, represent and protect the people's legitimate and legal rights and interests; strengthen social supervision and criticism; promote the people's political and social activism, intelligence, rights and responsibilities in participating in Party building, preventing and fighting corruption, and building a clean, strong, effective and efficient socialist rule-of-law state.

Fourth, strengthen international solidarity and expand people-to-people diplomacy activities.

Fifth, continue to innovate the apparatus, content, and methods, focusing on the grassroots and residential areas, improving the operational efficiency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the province, and building a team of front cadres at all levels to meet the requirements of new tasks.

Regarding the implementation plan of Project No. 07-DA/TU dated November 24, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, there are 5 main tasks and solutions. Specifically, it is necessary to promote propaganda and mobilization work to help people understand correctly the Party's policies and the State's laws on contact and dialogue with the people.

At the same time, collect people's opinions and recommendations to reflect to the heads of Party committees and authorities. Preside over and coordinate the organization of meetings and dialogues with people in accordance with functions and tasks. Strengthen supervision of the implementation of regulations on meetings and dialogues with people. Improve the professional qualifications, ethics, and sense of responsibility of cadres and civil servants of the Fatherland Front at all levels.

Concluding the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee requested the Standing Committees of the District, City and Town Party Committees to pay attention to directing the Fatherland Front to develop action programs suitable to the conditions and actual situation of each locality. Gradually put the action program to implement Resolution No. 04-NQ/TU and the implementation plan of Project No. 07-DA/TU dated November 24, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee into practice in a synchronous and effective manner.
