In recent times, under the close direction of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the publication and use of Nghe An newspaper in Hoang Mai Town has been evaluated relatively well, basically the grassroots Party cells have fully ordered Party newspapers, used the newspapers effectively, in which many units have ordered enough and exceeded the target. However, since the beginning of the third quarter of 2016, some Party cells have not seriously implemented the Politburo's Directive on purchasing and using Party newspapers.

Comrade Lam Van Doan acknowledged and highly appreciated the coordination of Hoang Mai Town in directing the publication and use of Party newspapers.

At the meeting, representatives of the units proposed appropriate solutions to better implement the work of publishing and using Party newspapers such as the Post Office should proactively coordinate with grassroots Party cells, especially the Ministry of Education to avoid the situation of school Party cells cutting newspapers during the summer vacation. Regularly provide information to the Propaganda Department for timely guidance.
