Improving legal aid skills for grassroots officials
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 16, the Interdisciplinary Coordination Council for Legal Aid in Litigation Activities of Nghe An province organized a training course on legal documents and professional skills for coordinating legal aid in litigation activities in 2017.

Attending the training session were leaders of the Department of Justice, Legal Aid Center, representatives of the Procuracy, Provincial Police, Provincial Court and legal aid officers in the province.
At the training session, the participants listened to the speakers with a lot of practical experience presenting and discussing the basic contents of the Law on Legal Aid, Joint Circular No. 11/2013/TTLT-BTP-BCA-BQP-BTC-VKSNDTC-TANDTC and some related documents; helping the participants to have a correct and complete understanding of their roles, positions and responsibilities, and those of their sector in legal aid activities.

The training session is also an opportunity for legal aid officers to exchange good experiences, good practices and share difficulties and problems in performing their duties.
