Capacity building for artisans and prestigious people in villages
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 4, the Department of Culture and Sports organized a training course to support capacity for cultural subjects, artisans, and prestigious people in the community in the province.
The training program is part of the project “Preserving and promoting folk performing arts of ethnic minorities in Nghe An province in the period of 2018-2025”. This is an important project focusing on preserving and promoting the cultural identity of ethnic minorities in the province, contributing positively to aesthetic education, improving people's knowledge, and building a developed grassroots cultural life.

The training course was attended by nearly 100 artisans, prestigious people and officers of the mountainous culture department of 11 districts in the mountainous region of Western Nghe An.
During the two days, delegates will be informed of four topics that are close to the practical situation at the grassroots level, such as: The Party and State's guidelines and policies related to ethnic cultural work; The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas", building a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals, and festivals associated with new rural construction; The topic of fighting against the plot and tricks of "Peaceful evolution" in the fields of ideology and culture; The work of preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of ethnic minorities in Nghe An province in the current period.
Through the training course, basic knowledge about the Party's policies and guidelines and the State's laws and policies will be provided.

At the same time, it contributes to raising awareness, management capacity and organizing cultural activities of artisans and prestigious people in the work of propagating and disseminating laws; eliminating backward customs and practices, and building grassroots cultural life.
