(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 22, the Women's Union of Nghe An province coordinated with the Women's Union of Thanh Chuong district to organize communication and education to raise awareness of safe motherhood, child health care and encourage women to give birth at medical facilities for women's union members of Thanh Son commune.

Through communication activities to provide cadres, members, and women in ethnic minority areas with basic and necessary knowledge and skills on giving birth at medical facilities, safe motherhood, and child health care. From there, contributing to gradually limiting backward customs of giving birth at home, reducing the rate of malnutrition, and gradually improving the quality of life in areas with a large number of ethnic minorities.
