Improve the spirit of serving people's lives

(Baonghean) -His action planHoang Nghia Hung - Member of the District Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Loc commune, Nam Dan district, is a candidate for the Provincial People's Council delegate in constituency No. 23, Nam Dan district.

Being nominated as a candidate for the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term, I am truly honored and proud and consider this a great responsibility. If elected by voters as a Provincial People's Council delegate, my action program will focus on the following contents:

First, always be loyal to the Fatherland and the people, live and work according to the constitution and the law; no matter how difficult it is, always maintain political will and devote the most time to work.

Second, constantly study and improve knowledge to better serve the work, always be exemplary, create solidarity and unity, practice what you preach, study in depth the content of draft documents of the People's Council, compare with the reality of the province in general and the locality in particular, along with personal experiences to participate in building Resolutions of the People's Council at meetings, contributing to making the meeting resolutions highly feasible.

Third, always maintain relationships with voters and people to both convey policies, laws so that people know, grasp, understand and implement, but also listen to the opinions, thoughts and aspirations of voters to create for themselves objective views before making recommendations to competent authorities. Increase meetings and dialogues with people to promptly grasp and resolve difficulties and obstacles to create trust for voters.

Fourth, continue to work with the collective to direct the implementation of administrative reform, improve the spirit of serving the people of the staff, civil servants, uphold discipline and attitude in dealing with the people. Pay attention to and care about the concerns of voters, organizations and individuals, especially about administrative procedures, land and environmental management, ethics education for the younger generation, solving rural labor employment, shifting economic structure, crops and livestock to increase income value associated with the consumption of agricultural products, recommend policies on agriculture, rural areas and farmers associated with performing well the supervisory function of elected representatives at the grassroots level.
