According to information from the North Central Hydrometeorological Station: On the night of April 29-30, the low pressure trough with an axis at about 25-28 degrees North latitude connecting with the low pressure area in the West continues to develop and expand to the East. From May 1-3, the hot low pressure area in the West is likely to gradually rise due to the strengthening high pressure area in the North.

Potential impact on the environment, living conditions, infrastructure, and socio-economic activities: Thunderstorms accompanied by tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind can affect human life, agricultural production, and cause trees to fall, damage houses, traffic works, and infrastructure. Fog reduces visibility, affecting traffic activities. Heat waves can affect people's health and increase the risk of explosions and fires.
