Moreover, from a historical perspective, closer ties with Europe and the United States are probably more suitable for Russia than close ties with China.
The newspaper noted that to achieve normalization of relations with Moscow, the West needs to recognize Russia's territorial sovereignty over the Crimean peninsula.
As for the United States, in the journalist's opinion, it is necessary to abandon NATO expansion. As for Russia, it is possible to stop supporting the residents of the Donbass region, where the internal conflict in Ukraine is ongoing.
